Welcome to Coco’s Chill Spot! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or booking/purchasing with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Coco’s Chill Spot provides pet care services including but not limited to:

• Grooming

• Boarding & sitting

• Treat sales (Coco’s Chill Pops & other products)

• Events and experiences

Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

• All services must be booked in advance (unless otherwise stated).

• Payment is due at least 24 hours before the start time of your booking or service.

• We accept credit cards and online payments.

• Deposits may be required for certain services or events.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.

• Event tickets or prepaid packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with Coco’s Chill Spot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet(s).

• Ensure your pet is up-to-date on required vaccinations before boarding or grooming.

• Disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or allergies in advance.

• Arrive on time for drop-offs and pick-ups.

5. Health & Safety

• Coco’s Chill Spot reserves the right to refuse service to pets who appear sick, aggressive, or unsafe for staff/other pets.

• If a pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately. If necessary, we may seek veterinary care at your expense.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, Coco’s Chill Spot is not liable for:

• Illness, injury, or loss that occurs beyond our reasonable control

• Allergic reactions to treats, shampoos, or products (unless due to negligence)

• Damage caused by your pet to property, staff, or other pets

7. Products & Treats

All Coco’s Chill Spot treats are made with human-grade ingredients. However, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your pet has no allergies to the ingredients.

• Treats should be consumed under supervision.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and media, is the property of Coco’s Chill Spot and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
